Companies and organisations - whether small or large, new or experienced - have the opportunity to participate in the ARTES Programme. Participation is open to all firms residing within participating Member States provided that your Member State subscribes to the ARTES element concerned. For example, the 22 countries participating in ARTES Core Competitiveness are: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
