On 22 March, over 85 SMEs came together in ECSAT from all across the UK to meet Thales Alenia Space and learn more about becoming part of the space supply chain.

HAPS4ESA

9-10 October 2017, ESTEC, Noordwijk (The Netherlands)

High Altitude Pseudo Satellites (HAPS) are stratospheric platforms that stay over a fixed point on Earth from weeks to months. Capitalising on these developments, the European Space Agency is reaching out to the Telecommunication, Earth Observation and Navigation communities to present and discuss synergies between satellites and HAPS as well as to collect feedback and recommendations regarding a potential ESA HAPS programme.
