The Satellite Communications Summer School covers applications, methodological advances and basic theory of Satellite Communications. It is organised by the University of Malta in collaboration with Satellite Network of Experts (SatNEx) and with the support of ESA. Registration is now open.
ESA is pleased to invite members of the satellite communication industry from European Member States and Canada to participate in the ARTES ScyLight Call For Ideas. ESA is looking for proposals for long-term preliminary studies and technology development-related activities.

High Altitude Pseudo Satellites (HAPS) are stratospheric platforms that stay over a fixed point on Earth from weeks to months. Capitalising on these developments, the European Space Agency is reaching out to the Telecommunication, Earth Observation and Navigation communities to present and discuss synergies between satellites and HAPS as well as to collect feedback and recommendations regarding a potential ESA HAPS programme.
