High Altitude Pseudo Satellites (HAPS) are stratospheric platforms that stay over a fixed point on Earth from weeks to months. Capitalising on these developments, the European Space Agency is reaching out to the Telecommunication, Earth Observation and Navigation communities to present and discuss synergies between satellites and HAPS as well as to collect feedback and recommendations regarding a potential ESA HAPS programme.
