Iris Information Event announced for 4-5 Feb 2013
An information event apprising actors and stakeholders of the latest progress in the Iris Programme will take place on 4 and 5 February 2013 in Salzburg, Austria.
Iris ANTARES study upgrades draft of satellite communications standard
An upgraded version of the ANTARES Technical specifications is now available for download. Produced by the Iris ANTARES project, this document defines a new satellite-based communication standard for air traffic management (ATM).

Iris, ESA´s programme for Air Traffic Management, will unveil a new interactive display demonstrating safety communications via satellite for aircraft pilots at the ATC Global Exhibition and Conference in Amsterdam. This new display was developed by the University of Salzburg.
